Cancellations

    • You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing & shipping by calling 1-707-528-4647. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.

      Returns & Exchanges

      • For items that are eligible, return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. All returns/exchanges require a prior Return Authorization from Push Pushi. Please email us at info@pushpushi.com to receive your Return Authorization number.

      • Returns after the initial 30 days will be given refunds in the form of store credit only. Credits are good for one year from the date it was issued.

      • If you have been given an RA#, please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. Push Pushi is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Push Pushi.

      • All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

      • We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.

      • We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that is not in its original new condition. Items must be clean and have no pet hair.

      • You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

      • For every exchange/return of an item, you pay shipping/handling charges. In case of an exchange, this includes the cost of shipping the new item back out to you.

      • Any custom ordered items or permanently personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

      • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

      • NOTE: Due to strict health regulations, carriers, beds and blankets cannot be returned/exchanged.

      What information do we collect?

      We collect information from you when you place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

      To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

      We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

      We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

      Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

      We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
